I do not know about you, but when Food Trucks started being popular I was ecstatic. Fancy taco's while I was at a music festival seemed like a dream come true. Then one day in Denver I saw a gourmet dog treat truck that was so cute, my heart exploded. Then we moved to Oklahoma City and the first street festival we went to, there were Fashion Trucks parked everywhere and my wallet has never been the same. These Fashion Trucks were made out of everything from vintage Airstream trailers to converted school buses and in some cases, cute little pop up tent shops.
There are quite a few of these Fashion Trucks in the OKC metro, but the one that is by far the best is the Cargo Room mobile boutique. It's owner Heather, makes this truck so inviting with her warm smile and bubbly personality, you cannot help but want to look around for a while. I always stay and chat with her for a few minutes, even after I have made my purchases, and so should you. Her story of how she got the idea to start Cargo Room is an interesting one, but I will let her tell it to you.
What I love most about this small and intimate fashion truck is that it is like walking into your dream closet, where you have a wide range of apparel and accessories, all at your finger tips.
This well appointed 84 square foot revamped concession trailer has it all, including a sale rack that has tons of cute items you will

not want to miss out on. Her displays are eclectic and colorful, making them fun to look through. She also has air conditioning, which is nice in the OKC summer heat and a much needed changing room, making it easier to purchase that perfect sundress.
The Cargo Room mobile boutique is busy all week, going to local events, festivals and even private events. A shop is also on the horizon, which I know will also be a big success.

Two other things that make this OKC's top traveling boutique is her size selection and pricing. I love that you can get a XS or an XL in the same top. Not having to worry about whether or not she is going to have your size is definitely a plus, especially when most other Fashion Trucks end up having only a couple of sizes in everything. I have even skipped the changing room one time and later had to return something and she is fine with that. If you do see something you love and you do not snatch it up right then she does have a website that you can do some limited shopping on and find her trailer.
Make sure to follow here on Instagram as well. Oh and the prices! Everything is very reasonable. You are going to get something that is very original and different for a great price. I really love this jean shirt I got last season for $30 and I get tons a complements on the $6 sunglasses I got a few weeks ago. Most tops and shorts are around $20 and her dresses and sweaters are around the $30 to $40 mark. FYI, she does take credit card.
She also just started caring some cute purses, but I have not checked the prices yet. I plan to this weekend at a festival she is going to be at. The quality is also great, which sadly cannot be said for all the Fashion Trucks I have visited in the area.
Bottom line, her clothing and accessory selection is unique. She goes to Dallas and other Markets to get the perfect signature pieces you will need for up and coming trends. I love how her store has a style of its own, helping me to keep my closet stocked with fun clothing that makes any outfit unique. You definitely need to make sure a stop by her Fashion Truck when you have the opportunity. You will thank me.
